All grab and go or drop off only items require payment in full at the time of quote acceptance and order.
All delivery with setup items require a 50% deposit at the time of quote acceptance and order and final payment 72hrs prior to set up.
Deposits are non-refundable. Balance payments once made are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel an event for an emergency situation, you will be credited the same amount for any future event minus the cost of the specific materials from your original event.
